Hello Dear GM. I want to say first that this server was all I was hoping for. If it's the high quality, The best community and the cool events of course. I have a lot of fun playing it and I still do, I was actually collecting some money to make a donation this month and buy the cool Bunny Mount. Back to the subject, Me and my friend used Gachapon last night and I got insanely lucky to receive a White Scroll !!! I was so happy, I got so hyped about it and screamed for like 10 minutes. It was my first expensive Item I ever got. After that we were just trying to do some 10% scrolls on simple items like level 50 Capes and level 43 Maple Sword. I woke up this morning and I see that one of my Capes still had 5 slots even though I checked 1000 times that there was nothing checked when I used Legendary Spirit Skill or No popped messages about White Scroll. I had no intentions of using it, It was supposed to be put in sale. I still didn't know the price for sure I was going over the Free Market to check prices and I havn't decided yet what price to sell it for. I don't know what happend and I can't find my White Scroll. I will be grateful if you could return it back.
GM doesn't refund for player's mistake. I know how you feel. Because I too have lost 4 white scrolls by doing same thing.
It was not my mistake it was the game mistake because there was no pop up messages or anything checked.
When you use legendary spirit and have a white scroll in your inventory, the box is automatically ticked.
Tbh it was most likely was ticked. Everyone understands your frustration because we have all been there and done that before. We did not get a refund but we still survived. If they started refunding people now, everyone who previously had this experience would start complaining and that wouldn't be fair for them either.
I had similar experience in other games like MMORPG and such, support guys were more than happy to help it's not like it cost anything for them they told me just to be careful next time I'l just put it in the bank so it wont happen again.
If Gm gives a refund to you, then most likely more than a hundred players who had similar experience will ask for the refund which they haven't done for past years.
Yeah but the issue here is that refunding has never been a thing here. If they start now, it benefits you and people who loses it in the future but not those in the past. Also if you had lost this as though it were GMS you wouldn't get a refund (Apple to apple).
Like others have said, we do not refund for player mistakes. If you think it was a game bug, you will have to provide some evidence for us to take any action.
