Fixed Using doom at nibergen

    using doom and boomerang step to stun the flying maverick(that spawns nibergen) might cause it to fall below the ship if used when it is flying beneath and nibergen does not spawn.

    does not show much in this ss, but we went in again after server time 0000 and the maverick was still missing in cc17. RIP

    This issue was resolved in a patch around the beginning of the year.
