Using hotmail for forum?

    Me and my friend can't receive the verification e-mail from the forum on our hotmail.
    I've been clicking "resend" for over a week.

    PS: I've made this account using a gmail account.

    That's the fun part, everytime this happens i also check the spam folder, never has there been a message in it i was looking for :/
