Open Valentines event boss ring not working properly

    I killed the Valentine’s Day event boss 20times and turned in 20 presents. When I click on Angelique or what ever her name is to get the ring it says “ An error occurred, please come back later”. I have tried logging off , changing channels, I have empty space in my inventory. I do not already have the ring, I’m not sure what the issue is. If someone could take a look please that would be great
