My gf recently purchased the Venus Fireworks couple ring for us and unfortunately it doesn't work, even when we relog. If possible could she get a refund in NX? I feel bad that she wasted it. Or is there a way we could get the rings to work? Thanks.
It is mentioned in the current bugs list that couple rings don't work properly. It's up to an admin whether you can be refunded or not.
