Very high leveled

    I saw very high leveled players in FM and other places, I mean like, way over 150. I think I saw someone at lvl 200 as well, or nearly 200.
    Anyone can explain this phenomenon?
    I mean, on a low rate server, how'd they reach that level this fast?
    Or they're old players who play for a year + ?
    Sorry for the possibly noob question. It's just intriguing.

    This server is 3.2x exp than normal and includes all aspects: bosses, quests etc. Considering how long the server has been out, I believe 2013? It is an achievable goal to level 200 in a decent time frame.

    Keep in mind as well, the holy symbol skill from Priests/Bishops boosts an extra 50%.

    There are many lvl 200s...I don't get what's confusing about this. It's an old server
