This feature is generally buggy, although not many players would choose this method of logging into the game, but it's still something worth considering to be fixed in the future. Some of the tested bugs are: 1) If you clicked on Scania and the channel selection list is shown, clicking on "View All Characters" will prompt a blue-dialogue error (Unknown Error: View-All-Characters.). Clicking "Ok" will throw you back to the login page. 2) At the character selection screen (after selecting channel), if you press back (at this point, you can't select the world anymore which is a known bug, unless you relog. This applies to clicking "View All Characters" and clicking back as well), follow by clicking "View All Characters", the client will crash. 3) With reference to #2, if you can't select the world anymore (i.e. Scania is not visible), attempting to click on "View All Characters" will crash the client as well.
