Closed VIP hair coupon issue

    Problem: Kerning VIP hair coupon useless
    Details: I just bought a Kerning VIP hair coupon in the Cash Shop, only to find that it's useless in game-- I'm guessing you need to buy it with mesos, but why is there a useless item in the cash shop then? Is this an error?

    Not an error, you have the option to purchase it for mesos or nx. Same goes for teleport rocks, megaphones and owl (these are available for mesos through Fredrick though)

    I can't use it in game, though. The NPC acts as though I don't have a coupon.
