    I used my VIP ticket to go to Florina beach and it got removed from my inventory.

    This should now be fixed. @Kazumi if you could file a character issue thread so this can be refunded, that would be great. Please note: It will take some time for us to refund you the item as we do not yet have a way coded to give quest items to characters.
