Havent played in a few weeks and needed to update my game files from the December 24th patch. Went to download the most recent version of MapleRoyals from the website homepage and as soon as the download finished my anti-virus & windows defender went off saying a Trojan virus was found in the files. Not sure whats going on with this....... Gonna have to uninstall for now.
That has always happened with Windows defender. There isnt actually a virus. I believe the majority of people on this server have to make royals an exception in order to play. I wouldn't worry about it if you want to play its not going to harm your computer. If you need there are guides on the forums on how to make it an exception.
