There's a Cape I bought with Royal points, which according to cape's description is supposed to make a visual effect around my character, but that effect isnt appearing. There are also many other items in Cash Shop, especially those bought with Royal points, which have such similar effects but the effects aren't working. I haven't tried every single one of them, but pretty sure. This is visual only, and is quite trivial. Still thought to report it anyways, though.
