Vogen in El Nath is able to refine for you even if you do not have enough mesos to do so. I was going to refine my crystal ores and found out that I did not have the mesos to complete the refining process. Instead, my character was forced to log out. When I logged in my ores were refined. Will be happy to pay for the refining fee to a GM.
