ign: clto problem: voted but didn't get NX. Shows 'There is no character level 15 or above on the account.' But my assassin is lv32 already. details: just started recently but cant get nx.
It'll usually take 1-3 minutes for the NX to be credited into your account. If it still isn't, make sure you voted using your login id (username), and not your IGN.
But the problem is it shows ''There is no character level 15 or above on the account.'' after i vote. However im already level 32. I typed my username correctly
That error means: 1) You are typing the wrong username (which doesn't contain a character >= level 15) 2) You're typing your IGN Players have been voting fine, so there's no reason why you shouldn't. I strongly encourage you to double/triple check that you're entering the correct login id (username), the value that you type at the login screen.
OMG i didnt know the maximum no. of letter for username is 12. I so i missed a actually thought it was 13 haha. My bad. Solved Thanks
