If it says you have already voted, when you haven't, means the IP address you are on has already voted. Are you voting using home network or mobile data?

Oh I did not see that. I saw "You have already voted! Please vote again in...." I think it may be because I have voted on that page previously. Anyway, I have just voted now and saw the message. Hope it works.
Yup, if you see "Thank you for voting!", you will receive your NX shortly within the next few minutes.
