Closed Vote page always says I've already voted (cannot vote)

Every time I've tried to vote for the last 3-4 days it says I can't and must wait __ hours, as if I had voted. However, I'm never able to actually vote and I haven't received any nx for any of those days. Could someone please help me with this?

 

for gtop100, if you had voted in another pserver slready within 24h, it disallows you to vote again

 

That definitely shouldn't be why - I've been on a cruise and nobody else has had access to my laptop. Actually I think I just figured it out - my friend who is on this cruise with me has been voting as well and we're on the same wifi....Would we need to whitelist then to get our total votes for this week?

 

from what i understand, a whiltelist is for a permanent solution to many people using the same wifi.
