Hi, recently I started to play in this server. VOTE is completed by verification step and click vote, but I didnt any NX for 1day. can you explain whhy? and give answer how to fix it. wait for your asnwer
Please ensure you do the following steps: 1) Go to https://royals.ms/?page=vote 2) Type in your login ID, NOT your character name and click Vote. You will be shown 3) Click "click here" to be directed to GTop100 website. Solve the captcha by rotating the animal upright. Once the animal is upright, click the big red button "Vote for MapleRoyals...". When a green message shows "Thank you for voting!", you will receive your NX within the next 5 minutes. Please ensure you're not in the Cash Shop while voting.
Hi Kai, I'm very certain i done exsactly what you said, and although i didnt screen shot it before, Hopefully this screenshot can prove that i voted, but i still havent recieved the NX.
It states your IP has already voted, that means your vote didn't go through successfully. Look at my screenshot again, it's a green "Thank you for voting!"
Use IE. The site doesn't work with Chrome and especially will have issues with an adblocker. That's how I got it to work anyway.
I supposed you just registered an account and voted on it today? If it is, we have found out what's causing you not to receive your NX and will be fixed soon.
