IGN: VanillaSalt Problem: Voted but didn't get NX Details: Hi, I voted yesterday after the server was reset, but I didn't receive any NX. 12,400 NX was added by Matt during the server check because I have lost 4 APRs previously due to a bug. I was wondering if that might have caused complications. Thanks in advance.
When you voted on GTOP, did the green text under the captcha that says "Thank you for voting!" come up?
To add on to Gert's response, have you tried: -voting incognito -voting with another browser -voting with data / another wifi source (please be mindful of your daily voting timer!) As far as I know that refund shouldn't have messed with anything, but I do know Gtop is extremely finicky when it comes to voting in general.
When I used incognito, my vote timer still said that I had already voted. So I tried to go to the voting page on GTOP, and found that my timer had yet to reset on there. I voted again and it was put on a timer. However I haven't received the NX yet.
Unfortunately we can't do anything about it or refund the NX. The reason why is because Gtop is it's own website, so we don't have access to the IP logs they use for voting. So in other words we can't see the NX not showing up. Tons of people have this voting issue and it seems to be crossfiring between Gtop. We've tried to contact the owner about it but nothing was ever done.
