Closed Voted, did not recieve NX.

IGN: Phun
Problem: Voted and did not recieve NX.
Details: This has happened to me two days in a row now. At the time of posting this, the voting screen says "You have already voted. Please wait 1255 minutes to vote."
In-game I have zero NX. I was not logged into the game while voting. I have had a character (Phun) on my account during both votes, I don't have any proof for the first vote though.

Is there anyone else who plays Royals on your computer or in your house? If so, it is likely they are voting before you do and that's why it says you have already voted.

 

I am the only player in the house. Also, I tried to vote now, (2:43AM Thursday). My last vote was at 9:59PM Tuesday and I am still unable to vote. I'll launch the game, check NX, and also try voting in 550ish minutes and edit my post with results.

 

I'm going to tag additional staff members who may be able to help further because I do not see any reason why you wouldn't be allowed to vote. Maybe they can help you further. @Chokladkakan @Matt

 

It seems it's resolved itself. I tried voting again later and it worked, I have 8,000NX in-game. Not really a big deal. Can delete the thread.
