Not Bug Voted for several days but NX not received

    Hello ! my friend have been voting for MapleRoyals for the past 1 week and he have yet to get any NX yet thus far as the balance is still at 0 , can any GM assist in this ?

    Did you complete the rotation of the image on GTop100 and clicking the red button and receiving the message "Thank you for voting!" afterwards?

    In that case, then you should have received your NX within 5 minutes of voting. Did you vote for the correct account? Remember you should enter your username/login ID, not your IGN (character name).

    Hello , thanks for the prompt reply ! Yes he did entered the exact username/login ID but the Nx count is still 0 for now .

    If you did everything correctly, and entered the correct username, and the vote went through properly, you will receive your NX. Been voting without any issues. If you still aren't receiving your NX, make a thread in Character Issue section.
