I have had this bug three times previously where i got to vote and the web browser crashes half way through verifying and when i go back to try and do it again it says i have already voted and the nx isnt sent to my account, is there anyway to get refunded for the nx lost due to this bug or anyway to stop it from happening. Pretty disappointing to find out that you need to send a photo of you and other household members who play royals for voting so you can both vote from the same ip and all the previous nx you voted for is lost and non refundable which is lame cuz in no where have I seen that you have to do that like why not put it on the voting page so everyone can know before this happens like they could at least refund you
