No, you can only use one to vote. You, as a person, can only receive 8K nx per day. It doesn't matter how many Ip addresses you have available to you, or how many accounts. And if you had someone living with you, you'd have to split that 8K nx per day with them- meaning 4k for you and 4k for them.
