    When I try to vote, nothing happens for ages, and then finally I get this error message:

    Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'IP Address' (4) in /home/vote/public_html/vote_do.php on line 2
    Error connecting to MySQL Database!
