Voting didn't seem to work for me (didn't verify my captcha) so I did it several times and it never worked either time, as in clicking to vote after completing the captcha led to nothing. I don't know if I got NX, or if I got it multiple times (because I don't know how it works and if it could bug like that), and I'm not able to sign on because I haven't redownloaded the game due to laziness. I can always vote again another day, so if I somehow received NX multiple times, however unlikely that may be (which I'm guessing is downright impossible but I'm going to play it on the safe side), just letting yal know that I was not aware of it, and even if I did have the game downloaded, I wouldn't be able to know or check because I don't even know how much NX my account has (haven't logged on in months because of my workload so I just vote whenever I remember). Just putting it out there in case I get some random alert that I've been banned for vote abuse.
If you tried multiple times on the same account there is no risk of you having received NX multiple times. As for your problem make sure you don't have any ad blockers or similar that might interfere, you can also try using a different web browser. I have not seen any similar reports so it sounds very much like it was either a temporary problem or a potential issue on your end.
