Closed Voting Issues - Wrongfully Prevented as a "Robot - not the good kind"

The past two days, I have tried voting on my account - however, it seems that I missed one picture (which are sometimes ambiguous to me), and as a result my vote hasn't registered. When I tried voting again with a different captcha, I am prevented from voting for ~1439 minutes (24 hours). Is the penalty for making a captcha mistake a fixed delay of one day for voting? This seems a bit severe, as the system detection for "robots" has penalized me wrongfully more than once now.

 

No there is no penalty.

* Have you checked in game if you received any NX?
* Do you have someone else voting from your IP?

 

I haven't received NX, and there should be no one else voting from the same IP.

 

Are you logged into the game when you vote?
Did you put in your account ID correctly?

 

No and Yes respectively to both questions - I'm assuming it's just a weird hiccup for my account . . .

 

Do you vote on more than 1 account?

Did you have the same problem today when you voted?
