My sister and I both vote (we're already on the whitelist) but sometimes the voting site says one of us has already voted when we could go several days without voting at all. Making it only allowed to vote when the voting sever resets presumably at 4:00 pm PST. This happens frequently. We don't play any other servers or private games so I can't really deduce why it won't allow a vote.
