I go onto vote every 24 hours and whenever the timer runs out and I'm able to vote again, the 24 hour timer just resets and I can't vote. This has happened for almost a week straight and I'm unable to get any NX
prob means someone else is voting on your router's IP. If you have a smart phone it should work. Just turn wifi off on your phone and vote through the 3G network (or 4G i guess) lol
