There was some voting issues for a few days recently, besides that all voting problems would be on your side. If you only missed out on 2 days then it doesn't sound like you have had any trouble voting from either location, if you had specific problems depending on which location you voted from then it would happen all the time. If the timer resets to a full 24 hours then you would receive the NX assuming you voted correctly.
Like I said there were some voting issues for a few days and if you are not having problems now then there is nothing wrong.
You say you are moving between these two locations and you have not mentioned any problems from these locations so no there is no reason to expect problems when you don't have any.
