Closed Voting says i use proxy

Hello,

I have a problem with voting for nx.
When I go to mapleroyals and put in my account name I have no trouble.
I go to gtop100 and complete the captcha with still no trouble.

When I press the 'vote for mapleroyals' button it does though.
It says: "Your internet connection was detected as Proxy or VPN, you are not allowed to vote through any of these methods."

I don't use any VPN or proxy and never have.
Last time I played MapleRoyals I didn't have any issues with voting.
I didn't play for about a year though, but that shouldn't cause this problem.

Is this problem common and do you know how to fix it?

It is very common. Just refresh the page and retry until the vote goes through.

 

It doesn't work by spamming the red button?
I have already refreshed like 5 times atleast and keeps saying the same.
Now i keep doing that stupid captcha

 

Using ethernet at the moment but not working...
Could my IP be flagged as proxy somehow by mapleroyals?

 

I'm not sure how it works. I followed your advice yesterday and refreshed about 30 times in incognito to no avail. Lucky I made it home before server reset to use my home wifi. Gtop100 sure do have issues

 

Atleast i'm not the only one with this problem.
At the moment i still can't vote though, ill try to contact gtop100 i guess..
Refreshing didn't work for me aswell.

That's weird. Maybe I'm in a lucky environment because it resolved after a refresh even without using the incognito mode.
