Closed Voting says I've Voted account balance says otherwise.

    So I've apparently "voted" every day according to the system, but my account says 16k

    I've only been trying to vote on 4G but every time I go on it says "wait 21 hours" I've tried incognito mode, I've tried voting on my house, I have even asked to be whitelisted with my partner (1 week, still no reply)

    I am really upset that I can't get this working

    I also have this problem when i try to vote from 3G/4G but voting in Gtop100 (after verification) is not available (tells me to come and vote in 15 hours, sometimes in 21 hours..) the point is that Mapleroyals voting will let me proceed to gtop100 so it means 24 hours were passed.
    not sure what to do yet.. I read in the the forum it's about some carriers using dynamic IP..
    any suggestions from anyone?
