Voting system not working

    i have voted on 8/10/2015 approximately around 3.30am but i did not received any nx in my account. I am very certain that i've insert the correct login ID.
    In addition, i am the only one who play mapleroyal in this entire house, hence no other computer/ID is voted before me.
