Hi guys, Recently, I've noticed that when I try to vote just a few hours after UTC reset time. it says "you've already voted! please vote again in x hours." The thing is that I haven't even voted yet at all after the time reset. Is there anything I could try? No one else in my household plays and other browsers give me similar issues.

You could also try to vote at 0000 server time. Otherwise you'll probably have to get an alternative connection to vote on. It seems that they can't help other than that.
I would try restart modem/router as your IP address may have been used by someone else to vote Refreshing the website URL will also help
