Im currently living in United Kingdom where my brother is living in Malaysia for now and he will be travelling to UK to visit me next month where he will be living with me. May i know how long will the application takes and is it possible for us to apply it when both of us are not together for now. Besides, we will be travelling around Europe, is it possible for us to vote in Europe as well?
