I logged on after voting for a long period of time, but when i logged on I realized that not all of my votes turned to NX. I dont know if I am the only one having this issue. Is there any way I can fix this problem?
have you been voting for your character name or account ID do you have a character over lvl 15 on your account
I voted for my account ID and I do have a character over lvl15. I never had a problem with voting until a while ago. I dont know whats wrong. My friend says he doesnt have a problem with it but only I do
How long ago did the problem start ? And are you sure you are doing all the right steps? 1: use the account id you login with, not character name 2: click on the link to be sent to gtop 3: complete the captcha 4: click big red button Have you done the steps as described above ?
Yes i use my account ID. i dont know the other steps youre talking about. Did they change it? I used to be able to vote and get NX from just clicking on to the vote for NX tab and putting in my account iD
Yes they changed it few months ago without a warning so people kept seeing the blue message as if it was the old one. Many players lost days of nx until they find out including myself
