    I logged on to my account a few times while at my friends house. Does this mess with my ability to vote now? He voted and now my account has to wait.

    I believe if you login and logout on your computer to a character on the account you want to vote on, and it has been 24 hours since you as a person last voted, you should be able to vote again.
