Closed waiting for admin action

hey i know the admins are very busy
but i got ban that i think with no reason and im waiting for 15 days for admins action i can wait but there is any way i will know when ill get answerd?
i played royals alots tho and i want to get back playing im sure when admin will see the case ill get back play any gm maybe can help me and say when admin can look at my case?
i was invested much at this game tho thanks.
