Warhound Ban Appeal

Last thing you did: Was in FM I believe, setting up my store. transferring items from cleric to assassin.
Why do you think you got banned?: I am running AVAST! virus protection with Utorrent & Itunes open at time of ban. I have never dabbled with 3rd party programs & will be really bummed if i cant get this ban lifted. I havent done anything shady on my account & was really enjoying this server. I have 1 level 55 & another i am training to 40 right now.
Ban message when attempting to log in: Banned for 3rd party programs (?)

(any help would be appreciated, really liked playing on this server)

 

I dont know what the turnaround rate is on these types of requests, however I will check back periodically to see if I get any sort of reply. I am sure this is unwarranted.

I have two characters on that account that I was switching between. Expire & Warhound. I had just logged out of Expire and was logging back into Warhound to transfer items into my shop at time of ban. I did this 3 or 4 times within 10 minutes.

 

It should also be noted I installed a program to let me use my Dualshock controller with Diablo 3 earlier in the day, but I don't think any of my programs should have triggered a ban. Frustrating.

I share this PC with two siblings, thats really lame to hear. Any way I can continue to play on this server under a new account or do I have to go to a new IP address?
