Duplicate Warrior 4th job advance bug!!!

    Character Name: DarkSoulz (the "l" is big i)

    i just did the 4th job advance , bought spell scroll,exchange at tatamo and he gave me only the heroic star item. (he should give me 2 items and he gave me only 1, the second item is the heroic pentagon)

    what should i do? i spent 10m on that scroll im not gonna spend more 10m for the heroic pentagon.
