Closed Was accepted to the voting whitelist but can only vote once per day in the household

As the title indicates, my brother and I were accepted to the NX voting whitelist, but we're still limited to voting once per day between the two of us.
Could someone please tell us why?

One of you needs to vote from your phone, the other from your computer. Also, do you each have a computer? If so, you need to make sure to login to your own computer then log out again, prior to voting.
