You don't appear to be banned, can you try to connect without the VPN for me? If that doesn't work, try the VPN but select a different region and if that also doesn't work, restart your router and internet modem for me. Let me know if any of those fix it!

In that case, I would call your ISP and ask for them to give you a static IP address because the one you are trying to connect from is banned, even though you as a player are not. Regardless, if you still have trouble logging in after that, please make a report in the Technical Help section of the forums as you are not banned from the server. I wish you the best of luck in solving this as quickly as possible.
I did manage to log in when not using a VPN, but when writing down the PIN it went back to the log in part.. so I think it has something to do with the use of VPNs?
Not entirely sure, there's a few players that have posted about that PIC problem in the section I mentioned earlier. I would try browsing around there or posting for help to find a solution, I don't know what else I could offer you in terms of advice
