Was I banned?

I have been experiencing the server check error, and according to the error guide there's a slight chance I got banned...

What name am I supposed to provide, character / account?

I can't tell for sure.
Despite the fact that each time I try to download it my browser claims its malicious, I opt to keep it.

Could u provide a hash of the new client for comparison?
