IGN:UrineTrouble Problem: Tried to get married before the roll back happen, partner bought wedding ticket and it disappeared along with rollback + her nx is gone. Details: We finished our quest in order to prep for wedding and I then the server crashed while we were trying to start reservation, after talking to all the npcs it says that the wedding is done but the heart label isn't on our characters. we are also unable to drop our engagement ring or box in order to start over edit: missing the wedding reservation receipt which might have been lost during the slight rollback. ign of person im trying to marry: Badhead
Hi, I'm BadHead. Here's the whole story in as much detail as I can remember. I exchanged the proofs of love for the ring box, and bought a 20k chapel wedding ticket, reserved a chapel wedding with the NPC Wayne who gave me a reservation receipt, then the server crashed. I logged back in after the small rollback, and the wedding receipt was missing from my inventory. I made a second attempt to marry yesterday, with a newly bought wedding ticket (the one currently in my inventory), and NPC Wayne told me "Sorry...your wedding reservation is already done". I tried to drop the ring box to start over, and a "You can't drop your ring box after reserving for a wedding" message popped up. I *think* I've exhausted the options from my end. I'd like to add that I'm not asking for a refund or any compensation. A refund would be nice if It doesn't add to the time needed to fix the problem and close the ticket. Is it possible for someone to *confiscate* the ring box so I can start the process over? Or would I have to wait for a server check like GM Dave told me? Around when would there be another SC? I finally have a break from work for the next couple of days and I'm really hoping not to lose too many apples Thank you!!
