wedding ring (repeatable)

So I just failed to +3 my wedding ring, and I am not sure on how to get another one (repeatable, until I get my +3).

How do you go about it?

Would my wedding partner lose the ring when I dropped mine? It's a one-of-a-kind-item equip, so I guess I can't remarry the same person (has a ring)?

 

Mayb u should make a post in feedback section, some kind of a quest to regain the ring
