Hi there, I have a few things i'd like to mention; The first thing being that most of the items in the donator shop, you can obtain in cash shop e.g. majority of the donator hats. Is it possible in the near future you guys update it with newer nx unobtainable from the cs ? It'd be nice to have more of a variety to choose from. I'd also like to see the NX mounts fixed, I see a lot of donators with those flashy mounts & I think it'd be great to have the mounts in cash shop purchasable for those who are unable to donate & want to be a little more than basic. That's really all I can think of right now, I'm just putting shit out there for people who wanna be unique & make their characters look $weg.
I don't know think the GMs have noticed that some of the items you can purchase in the donator shop are available within the CS. Also, GMs are unable to add/remove items from the cash shop so adding mounts isn't exactly possible? Or just very difficult to do. On that same note, the donator shop is just an incentive to the community to donate as well as Royals' thank you to those who have contributed. So even if it was possible, it wouldn't be fair to those who have already used their RP on these mounts.
Hi, we are aware that there are some items in both the Donator Shop and the Cash Shop (and that there are some duplicate hairstyles etc in the Donator Shop) and this is something we will fix when we have chance. As Obama says, we are unable to add things to the Cash Shop.
I wasn't asking to add things to the cash shop. There are nx mounts in there already that when you attempt to buy it, nothing happens
We need to add a "Disabled from purchase" notice to these. As far as I know, we are not able to remove items from or add items to the Cash Shop.
As kat said, the best they can do is check the itemid of the 'purchased' (rather, attempted to purchase) item, and block the action afterwards. They can, again as Kat said, offer a notice message that states the item is blocked.
