Windows 10, avast antivirus, default windows firewall. Router has not been problematic in past. Log into account Select Server Select Character Enter Pic Client freezes up for a second and generic "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later" message displayed closing main client window in process. Actions attempted to resolve so far: Fresh install, antivirus flagged, added exception, installed as normal. No change. Disabled antivirus, no change. Fresh install with disabled antivirus, no change. Cold boot, no change. Disabled PIC to see if that was somehow causing issue, no change. Created new character (character creation ran fine), same issue when trying to enter game. Friend in other part of the world attempted to login (her account, not mine), no issues, reported game was laggy though. Resolution: Attempted to log in through VPN, gave "this id has been blocked from loging in or has been deleted" message at username/password stage of login Disabled vpn and attempted to login again. Login worked as normal.
