i know what a crystal ilbi is, my question is how do can i make it? i searched the internet but understood that the process specicfly on this server is different. i also have facestompers and stormcaster forging manual so a guide to that too would be appreciated.
Talk to The Glimmer Man in New Leaf City, he's pretty much in charge of all Forging Manual items that you obtain from gachapon. He's located near the hair salon, to the left of the Weapon Seller. Once you talk to him, you can select whichever manual you're wanting to make and he'll give you a list of items required to do so.
