Those would be covered by the game's Terms & Conditions. I recommend reading through them thoroughly to make sure you're familiar with them. Effectively just make sure you're not RWTing and "giving" the item for "free" while actually getting paid, that would cause both of you to be perma banned.
Thanks for answering, I checked, my question is if I should tell my friends in the trade that it is a donation, the reason (in this case I am leaving the server), because I have some ws/cs, stacks of apples, event stuffs, equipment for 3 classes (1-4b each), take a printscreen of the trade, in total it should be about 25b, to avoid this confusion, I make it clear that I am really leaving the server, I am not selling anything and I do not want to leave these items in disuse
I think that as long as you make it clear in the trade it's a gift, take a ss, and can explain ur funds if needed (+proofs for 5b+ items) - you're good. Giving away an item is not against the ToS. I would personally - and that's just me tbh - post my DD for 5b+ total value trades in the trade itself and make sure that both parties agree and confirm this is a gift.
