    Last thing you did: i only open the cheap shop (afk in fm room type) since last midnight (a total of probably 15+ hours)
    Why do you think you got banned?: I really wish i know...

    What GM banned you (optional): wasn't mentioned....

    You don't seem to be banned. Have you tried restarting your router/modem?

    Thank you so so so much for looking into this in such short time Shane! Yes I restarted my pc and also my modem and now i am back online xD Im really sorry for taking your time. will definitely attempt restarting the next time if i face same issues! thanks again and stay safe!
