Edit: What phone is in your Pocket? Is it specifically that phone because of , brand, OS, function or by any other category? As a customer service representative in telesales (inbound) phones intrigue and amaze me. I'm getting my hands on the new P20 Pro by Huawei. Twilight. It is probably the sexiest color on a phone thus far in my opinion.
This phone will always be better than most phones in terms of durability, simple user interface, and having a long-lasting battery life. OLD IS GOLD
Oh boy, and EDC thread? (Every Day Carry) I have a phone ( I splurged and got the Note 8), my pokemon-go plus, my keys, my wallet, 2 pens. When I'm at school/rotation I have folded up form for reporting adverse drug events to the FDA, my name tag, and glucose tablets.
You mentioned glucose tablets. Do you have diabetes? I have but they provide fruit at work so I don't have to carry any.
I work in a community pharmacy, and sometimes we have people who inject too much insulin (whether because they were planning a bigger meal and didn't eat, or are just learning how to do it), and it's a lot less of a headache to carry the tablets than grab a candy bar or an orange juice off the shelf. It's a lot less red-tape than grabbing a Glucagon injection off the pharmacy shelf. They also taste amazing, sometimes I chew one if I'm craving a little sugar.
Well, my day to day is a Note Edge since the Note 7 was borked. People seem to not know what kind of phone it is when they see it, since it only has one curved side. Glad to say I bought it broken and fixed it about 18 months ago and it hasn't skipped a beat yet.
If its a non-clinical day-- Front right pocket: Wallet, keys, pack of gum. Back right pocket : Samsung Galaxy S5. Front left pocket: hand full of alcohol swabs, empty pill container/daily medication, loose change. Back left pocket: nothing. Clinical day -- -Right pocket: keys and wallet -Left pocket: phone, gum -Shirt right pocket: alcohol swabs, pen light, notepad+pen. -Shirt left pocket: bandaids, tape, stethoscope (if not around neck), reflex hammer. Mini-pocket: ID and code card, note with access codes and password to systems. Minipocket-strap: clipped wrist watch if not on wrist. I have an S5 because that's what I liked about 4 years ago. It's got a removable battery and a storage slot, and that's what I look for in a phone because I don't want to wait for it to die if it locks up. I have no hate towards iPhone or Windows Phones, or even Blackberry. I just wanted a phone I could change network providers on, and be able to slap storage in and pull the battery out of when it locks up. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm a nursing student so I can't have my phone out while on the floor. It stays in airplane mode during my shifts, and I use phonesoap(tm) on it before and after clinicals. Phones are germy, make sure you disinfect yours!
You actually like them? I find both them and the gel to be absolutely disgusting. Rather just go fucking hypo...semi-srs
Literally... nothing because female pants pockets are so god damn shallow My bag on the other hand.............
