I'm guessing this is white or chaos scroll? And honestly not sure, it's been steadily falling. I think people just haven't been chaosing scg/bfc/fs recently.

 

A lot of quantity and people are trying to sell it. In order to sell quickly they set the value lower than the cheapest seller. For the price to increase there needs to be more people buying than there are selling.
