    There are no other users reporting similar issues, therefore it would not be the server having problems.

    To diagnose the root cause, can you be more specific if your connection is stable?
    Do you remember the last action(s) made before this started occuring when the game was normal before?

    I went on vacation to Europe and came back.

    I'm thinking, (maybe?) there was an update to the client after Christmas which is quite recent... but the Christmas event is still running so Idk.
